As you can see. . . our sheep turn into goats every spring!  We shear the ewes about a month before they lamb in the spring - this makes it easy for the lambs to find their mom's milk and it makes the ewes so much more comfortable as the spring heats up into summer. We shear the milking flock again in July when the heat is stressful for them.

Wool Duvet Inserts

We skirt our wool and send it on to a mill in Michigan to be processed into beautiful duvet inserts. We offer Full, Queen and King sizes as well as a lap blanket size. We also use our local mill to produce wool sponges.

 Wool Sponges

These sponges never develop a bad smell as wool is anti-microbial. They also lather well, feel good on your hands while you wash dishes and last for months! Best of all, when you’re done using them they can be put in the compost pile.

Raw Wool

We also sell raw wool if you’re interested to process it on your own. Wool is skirted but not cleaned. Wool is $8 / lb. If you are buying in bulk (25 lbs or more) we sell at $6 / lb.
