We are continually improving our breeding program with the goal of producing hardy milk sheep that graze through the summer while milking heavy. We have brought in rams from high producing commercial sheep dairies and the foundation of our flock is East Friesian and Lacaune with a small percentage of Tunis and Awassi bred in for hybrid vigor and hardiness. We milk meter every month through the miking season (April - Sept) and we health check our whole flock for body condition, parasite load and foot health every month as well. At the end of each milking season we make breeding decisions based on all the info we have collected.

This year we are selling 9 ewe lambs (currently 7 months old) and 17 bred ewes (available Dec 1st).

Ewe lambs are $550 and they are available now. Please contact us directly if you are interested.

Bred ewes range from $500 to $800 depending on their genetics and age. We are taking a $300 non-refundable deposit per ewe, they will be ready for pickup December 5th. While we cannot 100% guarantee that ewes are bred, our conception rate is over 95% every year.
