We are continually improving our breeding program with the goal of producing hardy milk sheep that graze through the summer while milking heavy. We buy rams from high producing commercial sheep dairies and the foundation of our flock is East Friesian and Lacaune with a small percentage of Tunis and Assaf bred in for hybrid vigor and hardiness. We milk meter every month through the miking season (April - Sept) and we health check our whole flock for body condition, parasite load and foot health every month as well. At the end of each milking season we make breeding decisions based on all the info we have collected.

We currently have a group of mature bred ewes and first year bred ewes for sale. These are ewes that are healthy and have genetics that we think are worthy to pass on. While we cannot 100% guarantee that ewes are bred, our conception rate is over 95% every year.
We take a non-refundable $400 deposit to hold your ewes with the rest due at pickup. They are in breeding now so they will be ready to pickup mid December.
